The Struggle to Stay Sane___Chapter One: Enter, Fatalpaw!!_____Fatal opened her eyes to a vast, empty space filled with nothing but shifting, blood-stained blackness. She gritted her razor teeth, feeling a familiar pressure fill her chest, gripping her heart with sharpened talons. Fear. 'Da.mn it!' She cursed, weightless in the abysmal nothing- ness. 'This again? Beast, I know your close by, so just come out!' In response, a slinking shadow slithered out from the black, unfurling grim wings.....

'My my. Sharp, aren't you? Hello dear. Nice to see you again.' It rumbled, the signature face-splitting grin cracking across the snout of the beast. "What do you want from me this time?" Fatal hissed, smothering her fear with anger. The beast smiled wider - a gruesome sight, " Oh? What do I want? Mmm not very ladylike, wouldn't you say? I want you, little Fatalpaw. I want to eat up your sense of reason, your sanity, and I want you to join me...to join my insanity. That is what I want." The albino widened her eyes, feeling fear overtake her once more. "M-my...sanity?" It chuckled slightly, seeing her fear with ease. "Oh darling, you feel that fear? That would be gone, gone! But only if you sink into madness, join me in insanity..." The scene blurred, fading fast, and Fatal dimly realized something as the reality melted before her: It called me Fatalpaw...
