Niji made sure Nyra was seated before beginning to dab water on her wound. He had found it on a nearby plant.
"I can't beleve it." Nyra was saying. "Your Niji. The one who no one has seen. The white shadow. Why are you here?"
"I could ask you the same thing. Not that's i'm not greatfull, but this is pretty far away from camp." Niji replied as he dabed her face with water.
Nyra winced as it stung. "Ok you got me, but I need to ask... you got seen... didn't you?"
Niji looked her in the eyes...

...but said nothing. He didn't need to. She already knew the answer, and it was obvious that she did indead as she suddenly switched her attention to the ground. "I'm sor-" Niji cut her off by shaking his head. "Don't be. I fell asleep and wasn't keeping track of time. My fault this time."
She glanced up at him, not completely beleving him for a second. And could he blame her? Sure, he was Niji, and sure, he hadn't ever been see untill now, but he kept to himself. He rarly showed himself, even at camp. "Alright. We should probably get back to camp." And with that she slowly, stood up and waited for Niji to lead the way. Niji knew the forest better than anyone.
