Undergone AU

Every character has a percent chance of appearing when you reset the game.
These are their core/uneffected percentages:

Most monsters/bosses: Fifty percent
Sans: Fifty-Five per.
Muffet: Forty-Five per.
Gaster: Zero-point-Five per.
Asgore: None
Napstablook: Hundred per.

Certain events can also effect percentages.

(eg. - Sans OR Papyrus doesn't appear, Gaster: Five per.
Sans AND Papyrus don't appear, Gaster: Fifteen per.)
