Background: The previous water taught him what he was, and the basics of how to control his power.Theo stayed in the company of water for one year, meeting the other elements briefly, before water passed away. The next year he spent training on his own and traveling around trying to learn more about his specific element and his predicessor, whom not much was known about. At 17 he returned home to visit family and friends, it came as quite a shock to them as they assumed he had died after his 'dissapearance'. He stayed in his village to complete his high school degree and is currenly ninteen.
Personality: Shy, a bit akward, and a bit of a loner. He can come off as being cold and indifferent. much of his time is spent alone testing out his abilities, or traveling. He can be agressive at times, but is also highly protective of those he cares for.

Family life: He has 2 older siblings (brother and sister) and one younger. A dissaproving grandfather and strict father, but a loving mother.Was always treated as the 'weak link' or 'baby of the family' as he never used to be one for fighting or conflict. doted on by his mother. picked on by his oldest brother, and looked up to by his youngest brother.
(note that the world they live in is a fantasy one. his father, and grandfather was a former knight/guard for the nobles, and the town, although small, is known for being a training center for future guards/knights. this is why strength was so important to his father/grandfather)

Abilities: Capable of controling, shaping, and creating ice at will using the water in the air. Although never one for conflic, he has natural aptitude with a blade, and his ability with ice allow him to create instant ice weapons of any sort since ice is a solid substance. This makes him great at close range combat, but not long range. He also has great stealth capabilities, able to mask his approach/escape with the use of blizzards, this also effectively covers his tracks and sent simultaniously, making him a dangerous enemy. In charge of bringing winter and controling blizzards. Has a weakness to fire.
