I presume the "little dude" you speak of is standing on the balcony of what appears to be a watch tower mounted with a large bell, most likely to signal a nearby populace of incoming danger.

Reply: a tutorial on water huh? I suppose I could get around to something like one day or another. There's a lot of different types of water in painting though. I mean, there's: wavy, rapid, stream, gentle, just to name a few. Perhaps I could segment the tutorial screen and demonsrate one at a time in sequence.
