it should be easy to do, i know a way to make a bubble effect and with a pic like this on here, it Shouldnt be hard for me to get the details right, it may take few tries but its what i'm good at so.

In the original Japanese release of Monster Hunter Generations (called MH Cross There), Mizutsune's name is Tamamitsune. So in Japan, they often shorten it's name to just Tama for brevity purposes. As for the nickname Bubbles.. well, that one is a bit self explanitory. It's body sucretes a foamy substance for easy getaways.
