Pegasus Knight (title says it)
Wyvern Rider (dragonback)
Dark Flier (magic/pegasus)

Healers:
Cleric (heals only)
Troubadour (horseback cleric)

Outlaws:
Thief (title)

Others:
Mercenary (swords!)
Myrmidon (katanas!)
Archer (bows/arrows)

Shapeshifters:
Manakete (dragon)
Taguel (rabbit)

NOTE: there are other classes introduced from Fates, but when we all learn those, you can just reclass (or change to) if you wish.

Now, my suggestion is something like under the Pegasus line, as they have been depicted as the female guardians. But, Cavaliers have too, as well as Wyvern riders, however, all of these require drawing the pegasi/horse/wyvern... Otherwise, Mages or any of the sword/lance barers like Mercenary, Mrymidon or Knight are good.

Honestly, it's all up to personal preference. xD

Also, there are the promoted (evolved) versions of each class (some overlap), like Bowknights, which are horseback archers, or Tricksters, special thieves.

Ummm please note I accidentally put an evolved class in the last comment; Dark Flier, it's an evoved forme of Pegasus Knight that uses Magic and Lances.
