Personality: With his mask Neon is very timid and quiet. He rarely speaks up and when he does it's barely a whisper. He prefers being alone but he loves hugs.
When his mask is off he becomes a cocky and arrogent feline. He rarely cares about anything other than himself, he also enjoys having power or control over others.
