Holy wow, this took forever :'D Anyway, this mah grl, Dwin. She's childhood friends with Heath, and the same species as Vessa in an AU(Vessa has so many AU's xD). She is very blunt, and may seem really dark and creepy, but she can actually be very sweet and innocent. She's kind of naive when it comes to non-magic related things.

She can't put her wings away like Vessa can. They're just like any of her normal limbs.
Her wings are only strong enough to let her flutter for short periods of time. So she needs a broom.
Her items include a tarot deck, magic charms, a dream catcher, and crystals she uses as ten-twelve sided dice :y
Her familiar, Felix, is a caster, a fox-like species I made up. He only talks in his human form, and is a very strict guardian.
She lived in a very secluded enviorment growing up, so she came to Segi to study around other people.
