"I am ignored at school. A couple weeks ago I got type 1 diabetes and everyone is making fun of me. I have told most of my teachers but they wont believe me! 2 months ago everyone liked me, but now everyone hates me. For the past 2 weeks in P.E. we have been playing basketball and nobody will pass the ball to me. I asked one of my very close friends why no one would pass to me and he said that since i got diabetes everyone thinks that i cant shoot a basket." (continued in comments)

Well, it doesn't make sense to you because it doesn't even have a sense to it.
I don't understand how they reached that conclusion.
I can't offer much advice besides keep a good attitude. That's the key of everything in life. Show them that you're still capable of doing things. Diabetes it's not a crippling disease. Over time they will forget. Maybe not soon, but eventually.
The environment in which you are in might be discouraging, but be strong!
Also, keep things subtle. I don't know why, but it seems that people who try to hard are disliked (I've seen this and I'm also telling you this from personal experience).

Oh, and whatever you do, don't hold any resentment towards anyone. That emotion is not healthy and slowly eats you away if you keep.
I've never seen a resented person ever being happy. Learn to forgive and you just become a better and more mature person all of sudden.
