Pros of dealing with many depressive phases over many years: you know all the symptoms easily and can see them in yourself and others
Cons: like everything
I mean don't feel bad for me or anything, it's not like that. I'm used to it. I just (STILL) don't know how to deal with the great lack of energy and motivation (and other symptoms such as sleep problems) that come with it.
I took a full melatonin at 9 PM. it did not help this time

Usually I just take half of a melatonin tablet if my sleep's been weird (which it has), but since it was the night before school, I decided to take a full one. I was waking up all night and having weird/bad dreams when I -was- asleep. I think either I stay up late enough and then sleep for like 13 hours or I wake up every hour or so
In fact, I know enough about depression to recognize causes, too. Not getting outside enough, not enough sunlight, stress. What can I do about these things in the winter??? nothing. literally nothing.
it's not just sleep. I've been over-eating, no motivation to do projects, easily annoyed, and I have a cold (sickness & depression are often together for me).
i now have to be up for school in 20 mins. ill drink some tea or coffee or something... at least I got SOME sleep last night.

I don´t know much about depression, but I have also huge problems with sleeping. I heard once from a friend that when you just lie still on your bed without moving for about 10 minutes you´ll fall directly or easier asleep. I don´t know if it´s true, but maybe you could try it.

I can´t also keep still, maybe that´s why I can´t sleep normally. xD

Because you won't have guns for hands.
Nice coloring and shading! It sets off a gloomy atmosphere.
