To answer your question, 2P!Hetalia is baisically an alternate coloring of Hetalia characters. Officially, they don't really have personalities, but the fandom gave them some. They're often seen as being vio.lent but it's really up to you. You can just google it, there's other stuff out there that can explain it better than me. But it's really awesome :P Lol awesome drawing btw, although I'm not really a fan of either show
