If you can believe it, this is how Shadow-Man or at least one of the earliest stages of development looked like (only difference is that this one is drawned way better). He looked like... this, he had no clothes yet, his bill on his hat was red and not white, etc. I gave him actual limbs because problems arose in movement. I'll show you some very early art as well some other time.
