MINOR CHARACTER ALERT
Jacques is a Radioactive Core who owns a cafe in the French-speaking subsection of the Volcano Zone.
He's grumpy, irritable, rude, and unpleasant to be around... if he doesn't like you. Otherwise, he's quick to joke around and have a good time. One of his most frequent customers is Blitz, and Jacques holds him and his father in high regard because Blitz's dad made a bike Jacques could ride without arms.

They have a love-hate relationship due to their clashing personalities.
(If you're a LONG time fan, you probably remember that Jacques didn't always have such bEAUTIFUL LEGS.)
