Made the "perfect" body then took the first lured in the first "volenteer" with promise of money. That unlucky soul was Mr. Dagneal here who had his brain surgicaly removed then implanted into this new body. his new scenes overlapining with the familiar ones and the uncontrolable fire spewing from his mouth with every exhale, all made for a rude awakining. He escaped the burning facility and hid. He discoverd the scientest informed everyone he knew that he was dead. Now he seeks to find the scientest to get revenge murdering his life. That's how he meets the Lab Rats, a lead shows a conection in the past and tries to get info but did not expect what he saw..

For powers/Abilities
His body is covred in scale-like skin which is immune to fire and really tough but not unbreakable. Increased physical/mental strength/ refelexes/scenes, his hyes have thermal vision, increased normal vision, and has sceoned eyelids like corcs/alagators. His wings are the result of the tatoo like implants made of billions of nanobots witch cause super excelerated cellular building of the bones, flesh, nerves ect. of the wings. They fall off and rapidly distagrate when not in use. He can "sorta" fly by jumping really high and gliding. He has fire breath which can be as hot to melt through most things. nearly unbreakable claws on hands an feet. A prehentile tail used mostly for balence but other thigs like holding, fighting ect. Yeah, change what you want or add anything. I had fun making him! ^w^
