@pikaian2point0 mentioned that when he was younger he had a fear of thunder, and i instantly came up with this dude
hes pretty chill, and his loud claps immitate the sound of thunder. he may not seem like it, but hes a bad guy.
im dont really like the colors i gave him though, so the next time i draw him, he might be colored differently
