I can't sleep. For the first time in 4 years, I can't sleep. Every tingle and itch I feel on my body makes me uneasy. I open my eyes and my hand covers that spot on my skin. I'm woeried over nothing, I know, but everytime I close my eyes, my mind imagines, and I can't fall asleep because of how paranoid I am over every little feeling.
