I was born with something called patello femural syndrome, meaning that the groove in my knee that holds my kneecap in place isnt deep enough so it slides around - which in turn makes it EXTREMELY difficult for me to walk, run, bend down, excersise or do anything really. In a nutshell, it makes my entire knee work as if I were 80 years old. Its been going on since 7th grade, and Ive been on crutches three times because of it - my third not even a few months ago. Its painful to move it and recently today I bent down and I felt my knee try to slip out of place - its visible too - you can see it move and its scary. When I bend over it pops and I have a gut feeling that something

(con't.) awful is going to happen very soon. The last time I went to the hospital because of this was the most painful and traumatic thing Ive ever been through - so if last time was that bad I cant imagine what would happen the next time my (right) knee decides to give up on me. Honestly Im terrified, and I pray every night about this.

well, it started when i got sick in August (the one that canceled my vacation -_-*)

and i was coughing a whole lot, and i still cough almost as much as if i were still sick. and different things can trigger it. sometimes it's just sitting in a weird way, most of the time it's laughing at something. then i just keep coughing and i eventually start weezing and then it's hard to breathe. sometimes so hard it's scary. sometimes even if i'm breathing normaly and not coughing i'll still be weezey anyway.

OH and sometimes it taste like blood.

then just with my rapid coughing my chest hurts.
