Well, ignoring her won't do, that won't help, trust me.
...Probably stating the reason why you don't want to be friends? Maybe saying something along the lines of, "Hey, I'm sorry, but I don't want to be friends anymore. You say being the way I am is wrong, and I don't want to be friends with someone like that, I hope you can understand", but you should probably change it a bit to fit better with what you want to get across...
If they gossip and spread rummors and lies, tell a teacher, principal, or parent. If that doesn't work at first, keep telling them and don't let what they say get to you, they're just bumholes who can't accept that life is life and not everyone is a perfect little cookie-cutter doll, every batch has its faults and misshapen cookies and those ones don't taste any less sweet than the 'beautiful' and perfectly shaped ones... or something like that... XD
