Should this be Casper's new design? I mean, I liked him as a cat but maybe he would be better off as dog (Secretly so Disaster and him can be gay wuffs). I'll use this as a ref for now until I make him an offical proper ref. Just for you wondering, he's an australian cattle dog (no accent though :P).
