Confrontaition is a tricky thing... I would legit have no clue what do ...Well you could tell a trusted adult or counceler...thats always good...

As weird as it may be it's best to get your parents involved
they need to know what's going on and you don't have many options to choose from

@DecapitationCarnival is right. If that kid didn't listen to all your friends, I doubt he would listen to you. Get your friends to tell the counselor and their parents. The counselor has to do something with the complaints of all those parents. Try to make every victim's parents support and plan (with an adult's help, of course) a meeting with the counselor with all parents (if possible. Schedules are difficult to handle)
