The more melanin you have in your skin. The closer you are to the Original Humans. So embrace your black skin sister and don't feel ashamed of it. Also their is NOTHING wrong with having short/kinky hair. Don't listen to what those white people say... Black woman hair is good just the way it is! So feel proud for your blackness! :)

(^u^)Anyways,when I draw my pictures, I don't always take the time to see which color I made them exactly,so that's why Oma skin color is a bit different,not because I was trying to change her from her original color.Me and my sister doesn't focus too much on skin colors though. I love drawing my pictures and getting inspiration from my imagination and from my friends and family.My parents taught me and my siblings about universal love and how people should never focus on someone's skin color and focus on someone's hearts instead.I feel that having good hearted people is the most important thing.it's beautiful when people can look pass such small things and focus on the beauty in someone's heart ^u^.Before I draw a picture,I always want to be sure that my characters inner beauty shows through,so that it expresses who I am and how I feel so that it leaves a beautiful feeling on my page.
