Telling your parents is the would be the best choice in my opinion. They'll know what to do and will problably talk with the teachers.
Most of the thing this kid does can be tolerated, but haras.sment and theft? No. That's crossing the line.
Get witnessess or team up with other victims in order to talk with the teachers. If you do this, talk calmly about the situation with them, and try to offer a solution. Something like, "We know that he's disabled and we respect that, but he lately has been doing *Inser things he does*. We would like you to keep watch on him, and we will try to get along with him."
Or something like that. I don't know. If a person says, "There is a lion on the street!" Not many people would believe that. Howwever, if a multitude of people claims that, it's probably true.
In summary, get your parents' and friends' support and talk calmly about it. If possible, also get your friends' parents' support too.
Hopefully, teachers will do something about it. -
