Basically Cypher and him are best buds. They're both so dense, ugh I swear. Xavier and Cypher have known eachother since toddlers. Xavier took a lot of naps, played video games with Cypher, and watched Cypher do boxing.
He speaks fluent french. Cypher is unaware of that and tells him stuff in french occasionally.
