This is Katsu, in anime form. Katsu (or, Katsuya) is very Tomboyish. She also has a short temper. She hat.es it when people go easy on her, or think less of her, because she is a girl. She's actually a very good fighter, but needs more control. She also has the power to use ice, to make ice. However you'd say it.
