Arctic Freeze! by PhyreUnBound
Being the Original Element of Ice, #Icina can freely freeze the water particles in the air and shape them into any form she wishes. Her very existence helps keep the Earth cool and stabilizes the temperature.
In the Winter, Icina becomes tired easier and on occasion will hibernate within a crystal-like cocoon made of ice. In the Summer, she's much more active. Tho it seems ironic, the reasoning is quite appropriate.
