So this is Kip the Swampert, my Hoenn starter from the original Sapphire game. He's been my favorite pokemon ever since.
This is a fairly old painting, I think I wanted to trying painting lineless and 3d, so this happened. I cleaned it up a bit, so thats why I'm finally posting it. I used a reference for the background.
