and re: Ehhh Awakening kinda sorta had a multiplayer thing, but it wasn't really anything that good. FE:A had a simple 2-player consecuitive auto fight of 3-5 enemy units, taking turns playing attacking unit and support unit. No actually movement or anything, just battle, end, battle.

FE:Fates will have an actual army vs army multiplayer set up, where you can take up to 5 units of your army to battle another player online or locally, and battle each other over a map, placing and moving units to attack and defend, like the actual game.
