Appreciate it! Ah, well I don't think it takes much more than a year to get at least halfway decent if you're really dedicated. I'm not an especially fast learner actually, that's why I try to make up for it by just drawing a lot :)

As an extreme example: An acquaintance from the school I went to could pretty much only draw stick figures starting out, a year and a half of hard work later he got hired by Sledgehammer Games and got to work on Call of Duty. His name is Alex Jessup if you want to look him up.

Hah, I guess a drawing a day is a good way to maintain a decent level of skill. I should really give it a go, although I'm not too good at drawing from imagination, and drawing from references every day seems like so much more hassle
