re:Ahh id love to collab with you cuz im always stalkin ur art <3 xD So, in order to get around the message, you have to:
1-copy your partners sketch to your gallery
2-Export it as a photo in the highest resolution
3-Import it as a "show as background" photo reference
4-You trace over it and go from there,
you cant work directly off their pic because colors only allows paintings done on your device xD. You just have to make sure you/your partner specify the size of the painting so you can do the same (like portrait size or wide screen).
