she is handicapped /disabled because some guys broke her legs when assaulting her, also she didnt always been aroung with her halo and wings.They came out to protect her from them.Her Wings actually kiIIed these people by how odly sharp they are .About the halo thats just an concentration of energy that shows how her aura got damaged by her experience
