A new OC of mine!
This is Haruko Miori, an upbeat girl on the outside, but on the inside, not so much.
She's a vampire-ish kind of being, but she doesn't exactly drink b.lood. There is a special mixture someone created so that she wouldn't have to harm humans. What the formula does is it creates a different kind of fluid in her b.loodstream, causing her not to feel thirsty.
She is not evil, but if you get in her way she'll bash your face in.
