Ok someone posted my art without permition on instagram, it was a pic of chara from undertale that i drew and i never posted it on instagram and the person told me their friend founded it on tumblr and i never posted it to my tumblr either.
OK WHO EVER DID IT TELL ME WHO YOU ARE I NEVER POST MY ART FROM COLORS 3D ON MY INSTAGRAM AND ASK ME FIRST OK

then there's me my art isn't good eough for people that would want to take it :3 guess being less popular has it's perks!
but that's to bad though why not ask for a name from your friend and talk to who them see how far it goes :/

If there's one thing I've learned about the internet, is that if you post something to it, you should just assume it has already been copied/stolen.
Thing about fan art is, aside from sentiment, it doesn't really hold much of any other form of value. Yes, this person should have asked you if it was okay to share your efforts on their page, and should have credited you for the fannon, but do try to keep things in control. It's not worth causing an outrage over it. They aren't benefitting either way anyhow.

I'd reccomend that you watermark your art, but because of the way playback and layers work on colors, even that won't work...
