Another new addition to RE:The Game is the inclusion of new characters and forms. In this case, a completely new character as a boss for Nafhe's campaign in the form of Mirai the Vampire Cat...Mii's mother. RE:The Game's soundtrack considers her a "Legendary Alien", and continuity-wise is reasonable.

It wouldn't be until Generation 3 of BRS the Cat when the invaders from Aposte would be revealed to have lived on Mobius long ago.
