#Esh4VM
#Esh here is an angel-like creature who's bones are formed from molten rock and flesh formed from clay, though his hair and feathers seem to be just what they appear to be, and are unusually shiny.
He rules a world apparently punished by it's god, alongside a creature of the same sort named Nachash (design will be posted later.). Esh in particular uses a mixture of fear, kindness and teaching when appropriate/necessary to help keep what's left of the world and its people in check. He dons the clothes and flesh that he does to be less frightening to the innocent; but this does little for him. His "true form" looks like a human skeleton with thick bones made of molten/volcanic rock, with glowing orange joints/spaces between each "bone."
His hands have lion-like claws at the fingertips and his feet are something like a cross between a lion and a bird. His hair is are dark, ash-like, nearly but not quite black. His sclera ("whites" of his eyes) are black, his irises are a deep, dimly glowing red. He is perhaps 6 and-a-half feet tall, which is rather short for a being of his sort. His wings have 3 "tiers" of feathers, with 2 layers; one back and one front. Each wing is exactly the same-- six in total-- and each wing "bone" is the same length as his arms. His clothes are extremely high-quality, and the orange trim has an almost jewel-like sheen. His flesh and hair look and feel like the real thing.(continued in comment)
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

-- The only tell to the artificial nature of his skin and hair are the slightly off color, his skin being slightly darker and hair slightly lighter than the typical human being in his world. He has a forked tongue, with also appears to be normal flesh, and the fangs of a lion. The brand of his head is how his name is written in his world. The Feather hood he wear is part of his own, "true" body, just like his wings and feathers. He pulls it over his head as a sign of respect to other divine beings, and to his wife; a beautiful and kind-hearted human woman named Ahavah.
His "fire" can be wielded like a weapon, but does not burn. Instead, it causes whatever it touches to act as if it's aging by decades by the second, which is why he doesn't cover his entire body with the "mask" of clay flesh; it would simply crumble should he summon a flame. He primarily summons this "flame" with his hands; but can do so with any part of his body. The fire appears otherworldly, even ghostly, flickering and shaping itself into what seems to be a design as seen in the pic above of its own accord. Esh can pull a sword made of this fire from his palm, which simply acts as any mortal-world's sword, with the attributes of the otherworldly fire added to it; including the appearance. If Esh drops it, it simply ceases to exist and can be summoned again the same way. It takes the shape and is used like a 14th century German cruciform "Langshwert." (To see how one is used, look up "German Longsword" or "Kunst Des Fetchens" on YT).
Esh is not perfect; and in fact has many of the same desires (even though he has no need for) for the same things as human beings; including food, drink, sex, personal belongings, etc.. Right and wrong are as much a matter of choice to him as anyone; though as one more privy to what right and wrong are than anyone, his punishment for transgressions is far more severe. He is easily angered; though he does his best to exercise control over this. He is extremely loyal and dutiful, particularly to his wife, and their daughter Berakah, both of whom he values more than anything, even being somewhat smothering at times. He is quite kind, thoroughly teaching all he can to people and helping when possible and appropriate if a true problem arises. Although, he can sometimes be just as cruel as he is kind; as his sheer hatred of criminals such as habitual thieves or murderers, and other such lowly sorts, make him prone to skip trials and move on to enacting a criminal's death sentence out on a whim; which is rarely quick, painless, or private; which also often breaks the very law he is supposed to enforce, but this is the extreme end of it, and not typical of him. This is a fact that Ahavah points out readily, making a point of doing so before the point of no return, effectively keeping a leash on Esh and his wrath. Esh learns to control himself better as a result; especially after the birth of his daughter Berakah, not wanting to be someone to be feared in her eyes. His relationship to Nachash is all business, and the two often stand at odds; especially over Nachash's jealousy over Ahavah and Berakah, but also over Nachash's extremist treatment of people; as Nachash would simply destroy anyone who does wrong at all without a second though; an act the Esh must often remind him is wrong.

-- (Holy smoke did I wright all of that? 0_o)
Otherwise, Esh remains lawful and his kindness, which due to its high degree and frequency, outshines his moments of personal weakness and anger. Inwardly, his desires may not always or even often be pure, but in the interest of doing what's just and better for himself and others, resists and chooses to do the right thing.
