Xeno, the Interdimensional Android by wariotime99
Xeno was a failed creation of Vincent's in the base universe.
In a more violent alternate universe, he was actually completed.
After fighting against Ultrachrome with Wyatt (Izzy's older brother who died at birth), they traveled to the base dimension, and met with various dead/living relatives.
Izzy, Vincent, and pretty much the whole Opaldew universe belongs to #Bellista

How do you think they traveled dimensions? :3
So... Yeah, Xeno can warp himself, and whatever else is in a small bubble of energy. Thing is, he can only do it three times before the small piece of jade that is a key part of his teleportation process, breaks, and must be replaced.
Also, he can slow down his perception of time, and boost up his athleticism... So, he moves a LITTLE bit faster, but it's mostly for just figuring out weakpoints, or trying to get somewhere safely and quickly.
He doesn't really have any other powers.
