opinions please by scarletpikawolf

i really am having doubts with my art and i want to know what you honestly think about it
dont say things along the lines of
"i followed you because you are nice/a friend" or whatever since thats not what im asking
i want to know if i should even bother posting anymore

part of this is probably just some of my depression acting up but idk ive been more paranoid with this lately

Alright then. In my point of view, people expect more effort. It's not that you art is bad, no no, just give it your all. Like, "This is what I'm made of" drawings, you know. XD But you are a wonderful artist! ; D

honest

you have wonderful art Alyssa.

the different angles you draw is always making it looks so special

and the vibe in each piece is just right and mysterious ! you express how you or your characters feel so strongly that even i can start to kinda feel the mood in a drawing of yours
and that's really good as an artist

keep drawing
i know you'll do wonderful and you definately have talent Alyssa

also if i may add something as a critisism
[of course it's not hate on your art, ily man]

maybe
try adding more colour and
try something new ! :')
you can definately keep your style
but how about just one small picture with as much colour as you want ?
then you can continue doing what your most comfortable with ! but i'm not forcing you
no no
you're a free artist, draw whatever you love

but there's gonna be some twist and turns
best of luck friendoooo

i love how your art is able to express emotions/expressions without it being too detailed
it has a really nice simple-yet-impactful vibe to it, not to mention your characters and their backstories are spectacular
but i do agree with what Phasilic said, you tend to use a lot of monochrome colors (not that that's a bad thing!) and i would love to see how your style mixes with more vibrant colors :O
