so I saw what you and Neko were talking about... sorry if this is intruding, but... Jesus was, yes, sent by God to die for our sins. But the thing is, Jesus, God's Son, was in full agreement. When man first sinned, when man was first CREATED even, God and Jesus both knew where it would lead. Jesus willingly gave up His life. It was out of His love as well as His Father's. So I hope that answers your question...? Maybe...? I'd be willing to explain further, if you'd like...
re: I'll have to study up on that first question of yours, but I can answer the one in your second comment. Before Jesus was born, people were 'saved' by following God's commandments and giving necessary sacrifices. You see, when Adam and Eve sinned, the penalty was death. God k!lled a lamb to clothe them. This was highly symbolic as a lamb is a widely known sacrifice, and Jesus is known as the Lamb of God. He is called that because He died for our sins. He paid the ultimate sacrifice so we could be saved. So because he paid the price for sin, which is death, we can be given eternal life through faith in Him and what He did for us. These things are hard to understand, but that's the point, because salvation is about trusting in Jesus, not in your understanding of Him.
so a lamb was basically the first AND last sacrifice, the last one being Jesus Himself. And I know I probably don't make any sense... I'll need to read up on a few things in the Bible to answer all your questions.
Re: Sorry for the late reply. Liberalism is sinful. It is the normal for people today. It's a belief that: Gay marrige is okay, Abortion is fine, Feminists should be supported, divorce as many times as you want because it's okay, all religions should be excepted in every church, buisness, or school, etc. Do you understand now? It's pretty much just everything of wordly thought. I hope I was of service to you! ^u^
Hi hi! So sorry this has taken me so long... my account crashed and whatnot. Here are your verse references: Genesis 3:3, 3:6-7, 3:21 :) Have a lovely day
