Ok I know you guys are probably sick of me talking about this but like this is the last thing I promise.
I figured it out. Why he was so kind to me.
So I ran into him 3 times at the con. The second time I gave him some fan art that I had quickly doodled earlier that morning to calm an anxiety attack. I wrote on the back that I had been having a lot of anxiety attacks recently...

and that it was awesome that I could meet him again. He didn't read it when I gave it to him and I didn't really care.
So yeah after that, Toby took about an hour long break before walking around the con some more, and when I ran into him again, that's when he started being all extra nice to me and comforting me by hugging me a bunch, walking with me, trying to talk to me and compliment me. I thought it was a bit strange, but I appriciated it none the less.
I'm just now getting it though...
He read my note during his break. He read about the bad anxiety that I had mentioned... and he was trying to make everything ok.

Wow, this is so amazing... Your art is always so gorgeous.... and your style is just - perfect.
Also, I'm so sorry you have to go through all of that... but I'm glad that you are staying strong through it, and that Toby was trying to help too...
I'm not sick of you talking about it. Heck, I'd be talking about it for a really long time after too. So don't worry about it, you can talk about whatever you want here, and people need to be tolerant of that. :)
