Story: Though Oceox does look like Sonic the Hedgehog in some ways, he was born from a separate family. When he reached his 1Os, he got his water manipulation powers from witnessing a strange artifact related to water itself while swimming in a specific lake. The artifact was unknown to others in Oceox's living area until this ordeal.
Today, he can manipulate water in many ways either by attacking or just playing around when conflict isn't present.

Story [Cont.]: Oceox met Vazer while Vazer was on the run from his own specific situation [see Vazer's reference pic on the details of the situation]. Impressed by their powers and abilities, Oceox and Vazer became good friends, supporting each other to this from any evil or issues that may arise towards them.
Other info on Oceox:
-His pants don't quite reach his shoes if he wears them.
-The goggles he wears function as glasses and Oceox owned them even before he got his water powers. He technically doesn't need them while swimming these days.
-His favorite foods are usually fruits, specifically apples, oranges and grapes.
And that's everything about Oceox, unless if I think of new things in the future... ; D

O.o Oh! One more thing about Vazer:
-Like Vazer, Oceox's shoe size is the same as Sonic the Hedgehog's.

I wanted to ask everyone that has a pokemon oc that i can add there oc's even you can enter. am doing the worlds first multi story into philos's story in the great war. i need all the help i can get sence Philos's world is so huge. All you have to do is put down "why your pokemon is fighting for and how would you like to end your oc's rule in the story.:D
