Very nice! Tip: Maybe a tad more detail on those hills, some grass or shading would be good down there.
Other than that, this is wonderful! Keep drawing!

I'm sorry for replying so late, but I beleive you asked for a tutorial on backgrounds? Would you like me to make one? This is very nice, by the way; the lighting on the clouds is excellent!
