"Hey, it's me again.
This'll probably be the last time I ask for help on here...
So, lately, I've been posting more mature paintings, but I've been marking them as mature.
Yet I keep getting reported. This normally wouldn't be that bad, but this person has been reporting even my non-mature paintings, even WIPs. I posted a painting last night, and within twenty minutes it was deleted." (continued in comments)
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

(continued from description) "I don't know if this person has a grudge against me or is just trolling, but it's hurting me more than they now.
I've already recieved emails from colors saying that if I keep getting reported, my profile will be deleted, and there's nothing I can do.
I already emailed the colors support team, but I've got no response.
I'm terrified. Colors is my life. It's my retreat, my quiet place. A place where I can be myself without judgement. I have so many friends here, and if I lost this, I don't know what I'd do...
I don't even know who's doing this. I know I could just make a new account, but I don't want to lose my friends on this one, all of my followers and my gallery. It could even be someone close to me. Please. I know it's a dumb problem, but please. Stop hurting me.
I've stopped uploading paintings for fear that they'll report me and bring me one step closer to being deleted."

^ okay...that's..
not the best advice to be honest.
yes, "mature crud" isn't really accepted on here anyhow. since there ARE minors on here. believe it or not. but drawing mature stuff isn't denying yourself. it's a form of art, might be a little...off at some points in my opinion but
it's art.
that's your opinion if you think their old art is better than their present. that comment wasn't really necessary or helpful. however i do agree with you that you can't run away from your life's problems. sure you can do it every once and a while but you can't make it into a habit.
as for your problem with people reporting your non-mature art
they have no right to do so. my only advice is try contacting the colors staff again. OR if you worry about having your account banned make another account specifically for mature drawings.

Undefined, back off. He's here for help, don't go making up your own stuff about him.

When did you send Collecting Smiles the email? If it was recent, they may not have had time to get back to you. They are very busy and get a lot of similar emails. If it has been more than a week, you can try emailing again. Remember to be clear that you are looking for them to explain what you need to avoid drawing in order to keep your account. As for using the mature filter, mature is considered 13 and up and not mature as in adults. This hides paintings from children who do not have an account, so this includes even things like religious or political content or crude humor. Much of what people call "NSFW" is actually beyond the normal justifications for the mature filter and not considered appropriate for Colors. As for paintings being deleted or flagged for no good reason, all paintings are reviewed after a few days, but you can get feedback on why something was removed by asking. Make sure to include a link to the painting in your email.

I looked through your gallery and didn't notice anything I found offensive, but different people have different standards. Deviantart is less strict, so that is one consideration, to upload more mature content there and stick to more general content here. You should never feel pressured to stop drawing what you want, but weigh your options on where you share it. I hope this is helpful and you keep drawing. You have some very beautiful art.
