It's alot like...idk the Earthbound series? But...there's three paths you can choose. Pacifist, where you kill no one, normal, which is, that, and Genocide... Where...everyone dies.

Most people are obsessing over it because of the emotional content, I assume. It's very dark at times and just--
...it's a good rpg eheheehh. I don't know what else to say, there are many people who've played it though. Steam Train has, I think I heard Markiplier was playing it too.

If you don't want spoilers then I'd suggest you buy it, however if that's not an option, the videos are just as worthwhile to check out

Also I'm likely biased- I love the game for how emotional it gets, and also the soundtrack. You may not find it as engaging, but yee.
