The Floofle is a canine-like creature, that usually has a smile on its face. It has been up for debate if the Floofle is necessarily happy, or not, but it seems to be a friendly creature for the most part.

Floofles appear to enjoy cheering up others. Sometimes they will act goofy to make you happy, while other times they will simply allow you to hold them close. Whatever the case may be, a Floofle is always willing to help someone who is in need of some emotional assistance.

Floofles seem to dislike it when someone or something messes with the gem that hangs from their necks. It appears that the gem is a Floofle's life source; if the gemstone becomes damaged, a Floofle can become incredibly weak, if the gemstone becomes damaged beyond repair, then a Floofle will eventually perish. >>

Floofles seem to have a human-like intellect, and can understand human speech perfectly; they cannot speak the human language however, and usually communicate through their different cries. When a Floofle's cry is a high-pitch fweep sound, then it is either happy, distressed, or frightened. When their unique cry is low, it means that its either injured, angry, or upset.

All in all a Floofle is a nice companion to have around, be it on a perilous journey, or just a simple family life at home. Adventurers on perilous quests be warned, that a Floofle is not the best warrior in the world. They are however, excellent for tanking hits, and are great healers.
