Well, a good way to get follows and likes is by making friends. Comment on other peoples paintings, send advice, do requests, ect. Another great way is to put tags on your art like #landscape if its a landscape, ect. By putting yourself out there and making yourself noticed as in commenting, tagging, liking, posting, ect more people will notice your art and will be willing to like and follow, especially if you do it in return.
