A really sad moment by Sweet-Cactus

Hey everyone, it's been quite a long time. Just a quick update to say that tragic events occured in my country, in my city and not far from my home. All the events actually took place in my childhood district. I had to go through the different places the day after, when I was on my way to the hospital to give some blood, and it was truly heartbreaking to see the scenes of happy memories ruined by blood and violence. By ¨chance¨, no close relatives of mine were hurt...

But we all know someone who knew someone who... well you probably understand.
The sadest thing in all that is probably the coming future (and all the similar events in other countries we don't speak about), all this is the way towards new conflicts, more violence and an indreased intolerance. We have to keep in mind that violence, fear, sadness and intolerance is what this kind of people seeks. So we have to continue drawing, helping each-other and enjoying life no matter what!
Excuse me though, but my innactivity may last a little longer. I´ve also seen some messages and cheers from everywere, so thank you. ^^

I'd heard what happened. I can't even begin to imagine the heart-ache you must be feeling to see your childhood memories in such ruin..
I was going to post something to celebrate my second year here on Colors (tomorrow). But I stopped those plans to work on something else.

Thanks goodness you're ok.

I was actually really worried about you. I left a comment and you didn't answer so I was starting to get really anxious.
I'm glad to hear your family didn't get hurt.
That terrorist attack was a tragic event for the people in France. Vio.lence leads to more vio.lence. I hope that this will not continue. Innocent people have been dragged into this and lives have been lost...
I'll be praying for your country.
