It's a thing where people draw for others and recieve art too ! each person who joins gets a random partner to basically do an art trade with, I think..

CSS 3 stands for Cascading Style Sheet, made to make websites look pretty, and it is the 3rd version that browsers support (most recent), which features realtime animations with cross-browser support
But im pretty sure the colors version of CSS3 is completely different x)
I'm a web developer so thats what I know
