Re: CSS is basically a random art trade with someone on Colors for Christmas. You submit a painting saying that you are joining. You also write in the description what you would like someone to draw for you, and what you would be willing to draw for someone else. Then, the person hosting css will pair you up with someone, and tell you who your partner is. Once you figure out who your partner is, you have until Christmas to draw what they wanted drawn, and you post it on Christmas :3 Sorry if my explaination was kind of bad ^^' If you want to know more about css, the first paintings in the tags #css and #css3 explain it better. In the tag #css, it's actually the second painting that has info about css.
