See Dress 1. The third in a series of drawings.

I didn't care for the hat. Capturing the pose was difficult if only for how the feet were placed and the expression on her face. If there were any indication of wind that was more than a breeze, then I would have made the hair show that. As it stands now, the drawing, the clothes are the only things effected. In retrospect, this could have used more than 1 color and a better gesture.
