lol, finding the right coping mechanism is hard. X'D I haven't found one that works to keep me calm IN a stressful situation, or one that helps MOST of the anxiety.

That's awful! Sometimes I force myself to go to events and stuff with my family, hoping it turns out to be fun--but then INSTANT REGRET.
What makes it so much harder for me is that, on top of breathing difficulties caused by a panic attack, I have pretty bad asthma and stress is a big trigger. :'D
